32% Garnacha | 32% Riesling | 30% Tempranillo | 6% Chenin Blanc

Sparkling wine produced in the traditional method, from non-traditional varieties. Half of the base wine came from the 2021 vintage, the balance from our perpetual cuvée of wines from 2015-2020. Bottled in early 2022 and has been resting in bottles, on the lees until recent disgorgement. Zero dosage.
