2° Tigresa

A super vibrant, delicately frothy pink wine... 96% comes from our perpetual cuvée of wines spanning vintages 2015 - 2020 (a blend of 35% Garnacha, 31% Riesling & 30% Tempranillo.) To this base we added 4% red Graciano from 2021 that was aged in concrete. All from our Cimarron Vineyard in Willcox, AZ. Bottled to sparkle in early 2022 & aged on lees for 3 years before disgorgement in February 2025. Powdered blood orange marmalade doughnut, tonka bean laced patisserie waft, crystalline cranberry caliche crunch.
