Blood oranges all the way down. Bottle to glass liberation = blood orange coloration. Olfaction = blood orange smellificaiton. Degustation = blood orange taste sensation. While blood + orange = theme, there’s for sure a broader set that justifies that theme {makrut lime leaf, rainbow cracked peppercorn, macerated red cherry, sumac heavy za’atar, monsoon summoned petrichor}. The solution to the food equation? Ottolenghi’s lamb loaded hummus kawarma seems plausible. Badman’s chicken stuffed peruvian springrolls certainly possible. Hall’s garlic loaded calabacitas probably probable.
